Jess is about 15 yrs. and Josh is 13 yrs. Our life has changed much over the last 2 years with the way our weekends 
center around being home. The boys and their friends are in and out throughout the evenings and that it makes it a bit hard to leave. Especially if Olivia has her friends over as well.
One friday night......Scot and I decided to head out and try a little dinner together before the nightly festivities got underway. Upon returning we found this array of bikes and scateboards!

And the most surprising part was that no one was here! As we came to find out (through the wonderful technology of cell phones) they decided to go by foot to the nearest grass basin to have an airsoft war. Jess said they were worried how it might look if they were on their bikes with guns. Not sure if someone saw them with guns that the bike would make a difference. mmmm........
We sure are enjoying them and all the fun moments that bring a smile to our faces.

That makes me want to enjoy this window of time when our kids can babysit and don't have a ton going on on the weekends yet! We just finally got here (the point where you don't have to do the big hassle with a real babysitter) and it's going to pass before we know it!
