Jess is doing awesome these days.
Loves the work and is keeping really busy.
Says they do a minimum of 28-30 lessons a week!
As soon as we can open windows and sliders during the mornings and evenings it means fall is here. I guess those are the clues you need when your seasons aren't too extreme.
SO...I've been in the mode of changing the house from summer to fall these last few days.
This means changing pillow covers, trading the sea shells for pinecones, and of course adding spiders, gauze and candy corns all over.
Roasting root vegetables means fall around here.
The smell is so divine!
Just cut up your favorite root vegetables, pour some olive oil on, kosher salt and pepper it, add some fresh herbs and cook at 400 degrees for 45 mins or longer if you like them crispier.
Oh if you could only smell through the screen or better yet have a taste.....mmmmm yum.
Our primary program we have worked so hard on these last few months is over.
Huge sigh of relief that all went well.
Trying to unwind from an event filled weekend I came home Sunday and indulged in some homemade hot fudge, toasted coconut, cut up bananas and put that all over vanilla icecream..... brought it over to the couch and ate while watching a favorite movie.
R & R is what we call that.
It was worth every bite!!!
FYI--I'm relaxed now.

God gave me life and I lived in it and live with honor and honesty , always worked to support my children and my family . living well with the blessing of God and my health . over the five years my health has worsened year after year ...
