celebrating with Jackson

 The party Jack wished for........ happened.


Cousins and friends arrived, ate pizza, ran around the backyard, ate more pizza, ran around again, blew their horns, ate "mummy" cupcakes, then Mom and Dad drove all 8yr. olds to a huge arcade with winnings to go home with.  


Phew.............and now he's 9!

 first there was one..............

 then two..................


then three............



then four and.......

 Five.... all blowing their horns in celebration.

 Time to blow out your candles, JACK.

THE RULE IS......the moment you blow you turn 9.

 

Ok.....time for everyone to eat their cupcakes now!

MMmmmmmmmm......................lots of saturated fat!  That says celebration!

Tonight we celebrated with our tradition of going to dinner (Jack's choice).    Opened gifts.  Sang.  Laughed.  The best part: Jack kissed me over and over "italian style".  Oh man did I love that!  MMmmmmm.  He is so darn cute!  Love that smile too!


Sunday Mom made his favorite meal.  Mexican Spree.  Yum.  He was in heaven.


Birthday's last a whole week around the Aubrey home and with 2 birthdays this month it's been busy.  I've licked one too many pots of hot fudge!

-serious smooches before leaving for school each morning

-concious about the balance of good and bad foods
-lives for going to Grandmas on Sundays in hopes of seeing his cousins
-darn cute
