Jack loves to tell us what kind of clouds we have for the day. Just the other day he said "Mom, those are Stratus clouds." I said what? "OH, we have been learning all about clouds and the weather". Then I pulled this paper out of his bag on Friday. So he is now the expert on what the clouds are and what will happen with them. He really doesn't like what happens with them, though. He is still very concerned about the rain, wind, and many other calamities that could come. Jack also has really been needing a watch. He has a friend that lives down the street and loves to ride his bike there now. So he likes to know when it is time to come home and wants to be responsible like the others. So Scot got him one. He has been driving me crazy with it! He seems to think that all clocks, phones, and other devices to tell time should be in accordance with his watch! I finally had to let him know that they are all within about a minute or two of his. He seems to be better about accepting that. He also likes to tell everyone what time they need to get going.
We love him, he keeps us in check!
